Starting up Again

September 6, 2008

So, I’m in the process of crashing the Twisted Nether Live Broadcast, and it came out that I had did some blogging, and Matticus told me that I should get back to that.

So, I’ll probably change things around here some, maybe do a format change.

More when it’s not about 2 in the am.

Time Fail

August 13, 2008

The whole reason that I started playing my druid was in an attempt to learn how to tank. This has been made complicated by the fact that I haven’t had the time to even consider trying to run an instance, especially ones I’m not familiar with (aka any on the horde side until SM).

Part of this has to do with the fact that I can only play while I’m at work, which involves a lot of Alt+Tabbing out of WoW at the most inopportune times. This is fine when I’m soloing, but making 4 other people corpse run because I have to look like I actually deserve to be making rent simply isn’t fair to the other people. Hopefully this will clear up in the next couple of weeks, when I’m back at school, pretending like I’m studying.

Even when this lack of time I’ve learned a few tidbits that I’m working on whipping up into actual sensical posts, so have no fear.

Pleasant Surprise

August 11, 2008

Before I decided I wanted to learn how to tank and created Moreready, I spent a bunch of time creating low level toons, getting dissatisfied, and moving on to the next. Part of my process is to send all the items to my bank alt and then sell them in the auction house from one convenient toon. In all prolificness I gathered a lot of herbs and leather and ore, far more than more poor little bank could hold in his bags, so I put all these items in his bank vault, and then promptly forgot about them.

Then, today, when I’m going to put away a few items I don’t want to accidentally sell I find my bank nearly full with full stacks of items. Needless to say I was quite pleasantly surprised, very much like finding a wad of cash in that jacket you haven’t worn in forever.
